Mila Kuniswas born on August 14, 1983 in the Ukrainian city of Chernivtsi. Her real name is Milena but was changed to Mila when she started acting. At the young age of 7 Mila Kunis migrated to the United States along with her parents named Mark and Elvira and her older brother named Michael. It was rough life for the Kunis family for they only had $250 in their pocket when they moved to their new country. Both Mark and Elvira had professional careers but gave that up to search for a better life for their kids. The former mechanical engineer, Mark landed a job as a cab driver while mother Elvira who taught physics back in Ukraine ended up running a pharmacy.

Mila Kunis emphasized that it was an experience like no other, she had a feeling that she was deaf and blind from the change because the language and the place was so foreign for her. But being the friendly and smart girl that she is, Mila Kunis was able to adjust with the situation and got used to the American life. Mila’s parents enrolled her and her brother to an acting program at the Beverly Hills Studio to have them socialize and meet new friends. There she met a lot of known people like Susan Curtis who is a talent manager who took Mila into her career as a young actress for commercials.

Opportunities then came along as she part of NBC’s The John Larroquette Show to the WB Television Network’s 7^th Heaven and when she had her first big break in the shoe “That ‘70s Show”. This TV series was a hit when she was acting alongside Ashton Kutcher. She was only 14 when she got the role of Jackie Burkhart who was a self- absorbed rich girl who was whiny and allowed her perfect her comic timing. In the cartoon side of acting, Mila Kunis did her role in Fox’s Family Guy cartoon having the voice of Meg Griffin. Having this television series did not stop Mila Kunis from branching out into film. She was able to have a movie drama Get Over it in the year 2001 along with Kirsten Dunst. One year later she was casted along with Macaulay Culkin for the movie American Psycho II: All American Girl which resulted to Mila Kunis and co- star Macaulay Culkin dating until 2010. 

When the TV series That ‘70s Show ended in 2006, Mila Kunis began taking more work in film. On the year 2008 she landed the role as a hotel concierge in the comedy hit Forgetting Sarah Marshall also starring Russell Brand and Jason Segel. In 2010, she played as a sexy ballerina in the movie Black Swan with Natalie Portman. This movie made Mila Kunis drop 20 pounds training for 7 weeks as a ballerina. She was nominated for best supporting actress during the Screen Actors Guild and the Golden Globe. On that same year, she acted with Denzel Washington for the                                          post-apocalyptic movie called Book of Eli. 

In the year 2011 Mila Kunis was giving laughs with the comedy love story Friends with Benefits with the actor Justin Timberlake. The next year, she acted with Mark Wahlberg for another comedy film directed by Seth MacFarlane called Ted. Mila Kunis ranked number 54 in Stuff magazine's 2002 edition of the 102 Sexiest Women in the World. In 2006 she ranked number 47 for Maxim's Magazine Sexiest Women. In 2008 she ranked number 81 for Maxim magazine’s Hot 100. Mila Kunis also ranked number 22 on Maxim magazine Hot 100 Women for the year 2010. The next year she ranked number 5!
