Katrina Bowden – USA Celebrity, Actress

Katrina Bowden was born on 19th September, 1988, was raised in Wyckoff at New Jersey, USA. She was discovered at the age of fourteen, when a family friend, whose own children had modeling profession, suggested that Katrina Bowden's parents send pictures of their daughter to a aptitude manager. The manager, who previously guided the careers of child stars Christina Ricci & Keshia Knight Pulliam, recognized Katrina Bowden's potential & set about grooming her for future stardom by sending her off to acting lessons. In no time, Katrina Bowden started appearing in catalogs & print advertisements, then in TV commercials for J.C. Penney & Dr. Pepper. She soon graduated to emerging in music videos for Jewel & Fall Out Boy. All the while, Katrina Bowden squeezed auditions & acting gigs in between attending Immaculate Heart Academy which is a private Catholic school in the Township of Washington at New Jersey.

 










Katrina Bowden landed her first break in series television with a guest spot on the venerable "Law & Order", she took what would’ve been a recurring role on the daytime drama, "One Life to Live, “emerging the role of bad girl, Britney, also. But once she had accepted the daytime gig, she was offered a spot on "30 Rock." Dropping plans to focus college at Marymount Manhattan at the last minute, Katrina Bowden jumped & said yes to the role - one she considered to be a one in a million opportunity. Although she didn’t appear in the show's unseen original pilot - where the part was played by a different actress – Katrina Bowden did appear in the pilot that eventually aired, having turned eighteen just around the time of filming.

Katrina Bowden, who often went by "Katie," held her personal among powerhouse comic performers Tina Fey & Tracy Morgan, both once of "Saturday Night Live"; comedian Judah Friedlander & A-list trait film actor, Alec Baldwin, who went on to come first an Emmy Award for his comical portrayal of domineering network executive Jack Donaghy. During it all, Katrina Bowden deadpanned lines with a look that wasn’t simple-minded, but disengaged, & often considered co-workers who were in their mid-30s as "old" - not so much a mean however a neutral analysis. In one unforgettable scene, when asked by Liz Lemon (Fey) if she would mind going out to pick up coffee, Katrina Bowden's character looked up from her magazine & replied, "Oh, no thanks."

 

Katrina Bowden attended Immaculate Heart Academy in New Jersey. She voted the "Sexiest Woman Alive" via Esquire magazine in 2011. She attended the now defunct Saint Thomas More School in Midland Park, New Jersey, for her grammar & middle school education. She soon attended Immaculate Heart Academy in Washington Township of Bergen County in New Jersey at USA. She studies with acting coach Ann Ratray in NYC alongside Addison Timlin, Adam Scarimbolo, Stella Maeve, Yaya Alafia, & Odeya Rush. Katrina Bowden married her boyfriend of three years Ben Jorgensen following a  fifteen month long engagement.
