Daniella Alonso was born on September 22, 1978 and is known to be an American actress for her NBC show Revolution as Nora Clayton. Aside from that she is also known as Anna Tagaro on the CW television series One Tree Hill and she has to lead roles in movies such as The Hills Have Eyes 2 as well as Wrong Turn 2: Dead End. In Fall of 2010 Daniella Alonsoappeared in the ABC documentary- style named My Generation. But the show was sadly canceled just after its 2nd episode. Though this may be a step back to others, it was not the same for Daniella Alonso because better opportunities arose for this TV personality.
Daniella Alonso's mother is Puerto Rican and her father is Peruvian but Daniella was born and raised in New York City. She is not the only child in the family for she also has a brother. When she was little, she participated in sports such as karate in which she has a 4th level green belt. Daniella Alonso supports PETA and just recently posed for an ad campaign that involves her wearing synthetic leather. She was discovered by the Ford Modeling Agency and she immediately did modeling for teen magazines such as Teen, YM, and Seventeen. She also did commercials for Cover girl, Clairol, Clean and Clear, Target, Volkswagen, Kmart and Footlocker. All in all she has done over 30 national commercials and about 20 or more Spanish market advertisements.
Having different acting roles such as a troubled teenager undecided about her sexuality in CW's One Tree Hill, to defending United States of America ina post- apocalyptic world on the new hit NBC TV show Revolution everyone knows that she is one talented girl. Cliché Magazine had the chance to bring Daniella Alonso away from her daytime job to give insight on what 2013 as to offer her fans, they are all looking forward to the second half of the season Revolution.Having the chance to be in the hit TV show Revolution, she thinks that this new season will have a better post- apocalyptic feel with a lot of twists. She will be able to use swords, guns, rifles, and build bombs. Daniella Alonso is excited to be in a different kind of world that doesn't exist in reality. She feels that they are filming a mini movie per week wit the kind of direction they have in the story.
When asked if what kind of message that she wants the Revolution to give its viewers is that there will be a strong sense of family and struggle in the relationship that everyone seems to relate to.
