 Sarah Shahi has born on 10th January, 1980 in Euless at Texas, USA, to an Iranian father & Spanish mother. She is a former NFL cheerleader & a descendant of a 19thcentury Persian Shah. Her birth name is Aahoo Jahansouz Shahi. She speaks Farsi, English, and some Spanish, & has a brown belt in karate. Her husband’s name is Steve Howey and was getting married in 7th February, 2009. They had a son, William Wolf Howey, born on 8th July, 2009, weighing eight lbs. six oz. She accepted the name "Sarah" from the song by Irish Rock band Thin Lizzy.

Sarah Shahi attended Dallas Southern Methodist University and Trinity High School, majoring in opera and English. She was a captain of her High School volleyball team. As a youngster, she won numerous beauty contests, & took first place in the Miss Fort Worth USA pageant, 1997. She attached with the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders & was part of the 1999 to 2000 squad. She also showed on the cover of their two thousand calendars.

She had frequent roles in a number of TV series, such as "Alias", 2001, wherein she played "Jenny"; "Dawson's Creek", 1998, wherever she was "Sadia Shaw"; and "The L Word", 2004, acting "Carmen de la Pica Morales" and she acted the 1st ever Demon seen on the sequence ''Supernatural'', 2005, the CW paranormal drama sequence.

Sarah Shahi is well-known for her role as the Mexican-American DJ "Carmen de la Pica Morales" in the Showtime sequence, "The L Word", 2004, where she joined in its 2nd season. Sarah Shahi didn’t renew her contract by the show for a 4th season and, as a result, her character was printed out. 


ActressSarah Shahi also showed in HBO's "The Sopranos", 1999, in the episode Kennedy & Heidi as "Sonya Aragon", a college student and stripper who spends a weekend with Tony behind a death in his family. Sarah Shahi's most remarkable turn in the year 2007 came in the "Sopranos" episode "Kennedy & Heidi" titled and she acted Sonya Aragon, a confidence Las Vegas-based woman paying her way through college with stripping, who also occurs to be a friend of Tony's cousin & loyal crew member Christopher Moltisanti (Michael Imperioli). Tony reaches in Vegas to deliver the news of Christopher's death, which he caused to Sonya, & becomes physically involved with her. The couple spends a hedonistic weekend jointly, capped off with the use of peyote, which showed to have a profound effect on the guilt-ridden Mafia chieftain. Sarah Shahi achieved rank no. 5 on the AfterEllen.com hot list, 2007, then ranked 66th on the Maxim Hot 100 in 2006.
